A part of the popular Lynne Gackle Choral Series. Angel of God is a traditional Latin prayer asking the intercession of the guardian angel.  Often taught by mothers to their children as the first prayer learned, it echoes God’s abiding Love as it invokes the guardian angel to protect and support the child in a tender, loving way.  This piece was written for the Arlington HS Women’s Choirs, Mason Barlow, Director. It was also professionally recorded by the Baylor University Women’s Chorus, Bella Voce - Lynne Gackle, director - on their recording, “The Unbroken Circle.”
